Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel, PA seeks a Clinical Director for its Detox and Residential facility to provide daily clinical leadership, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to the clinical program roadmap.

You will oversee client engagement, documentation, and a skilled treatment team, while fostering a warm, recovery-focused atmosphere and coordinating with Utilization Review as needed. This role combines leadership with hands-on clinical oversight in a 60-bed setting.

Qualifications

• Master's degree (or higher) in related field preferred.
• 5 years' supervisory experience in hospital/residential setting preferred; 3 years' experience in chemical dependency/dual diagnosed clients.
• Current licensure to practice as Clinical Director in Virginia (LCSW, LPC, LMFT).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily clinical leadership and supervision to facility to ensure smooth daily function
• Ensure full execution of the Avenues clinical program roadmap
• Cultivate and maintain a skilled, effective clinical treatment team, providing consistent oversight, support, and professional development
• Oversee client engagement and morale, interacting with every client and fostering a warm, encouraging, recovery-oriented atmosphere
• Ensure impeccable and timely client documentation, collaborating with Utilization Review as necessary
