Qualifications

• MA degree in clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, clinical counseling or related field.
• 5+ years of clinical leadership experience.
• Active clinical license and independent supervision credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight of psychotherapy clinicians and ensure quality of care.
• Lead recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of clinicians in the group.
• Coordinate clinician onboarding, coaching, and ongoing professional development.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, state regulations, and risk management processes.
