Job summary

Eagle View Behavioral Health in Bettendorf, Iowa seeks a Director of Clinical Services to lead the clinical department, oversee day-to-day operations, and ensure high-quality therapy and treatment planning across programs. The role requires LISW licensure and a strong background in psychosocial assessments, family therapy, and discharge planning.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree from an accredited school in clinical, psychology or social service related field required.
• Four or more years of experience as a licensed therapist required, with population experience preferred.
• Skills in therapy and assessment, knowledge of social work principles and programs; regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop and implement quality programming for clinical unit schedules and evaluate program effectiveness.
• Supervise staff, provide guidance to ensure treatment program delivery and patient safety.
• Oversee discharge planning, care coordination and documentation to meet regulatory standards.
