Job summary

Lume Search Partners is seeking a Clinic Director in Kansas to oversee daily clinical operations and supervise BCBAs and BTs/RBTs within the designated clinic.

You will maintain a client caseload as a BCBA, ensure high-quality care, and report to the Clinical Director. The role offers on-site work 8am-5pm with mentorship, development opportunities, and competitive compensation.

Engage with care-team providers to promote outcomes and participate in research and professional development.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Current BCBA certification in good standing.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory BCBA experience.
• Ability to be on-site 8am–5pm; hours may vary by site.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical training and supervision for BCBAs and BTs/RBTs; oversee client case management and billables.
• Lead clinical review meetings and guide data-based client programming decisions.
• Conduct quality assurance checks on service delivery and client progress.
• Maintain a schedule with approx. 20 billable hours/week including programming and supervision.
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager on scheduling, clinic property, and operations; lead budgeting.
• Attend regular progress report meetings with Clinical Director.

• The Clinic Director is responsible for daily clinical operations and direct service delivery within their designated clinic. This role involves supporting and supervising the clinic’s BCBAs and BTs/RBTs, maintaining a client caseload as a BCBA, and ensuring a positive and effective therapeutic environment. Primary Duties

• Provide clinical training, supervision, feedback, and support for all clinic BCBAs and BTs/RBTs; delegate and oversee client case management, quality of care, and billables
• Lead clinical review meetings with team and guide data-based decision making for client programming
• Conduct routine quality assurance checks on BT/RBT/BCBA service provision, utilization of authorized service hours, client progress, and support needs
• Maintain a schedule of approximately 20 billable hours/week including programming, supervision, family training, and coordination of care for caseload
• Collaborate with Clinic Manager to support client and family scheduling, maintenance of clinic property, and clinic operations; lead clinic budgeting
