Job summary

Accel Therapies seeks an experienced Clinical Director (BCBA) to lead center-based teams and mentor Clinical Supervisors. The role blends clinical excellence with operational staff development, guiding program integrity and outcomes for families served.

You’ll manage QA, data-driven decisions, and caseloads while collaborating with Operations to optimize staffing and caseload assignment across the center.

Qualifications

• Master’s or doctoral degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field.
• BCBA certification required and active.
• Minimum 3 years of ABA experience, including supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for Clinical Supervisors (pod leaders).
• Oversee client experience from intake through ongoing care.
• Conduct and review FBAs; ensure high clinical standards through QA activities.
• Monitor and guide treatment planning and progress.
• Develop onboarding and training for new clinicians; manage hiring efforts.
