Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy for our learners. The role emphasizes neuro-affirming, assent-based care and ethical practice.

We offer realistic caseloads, consistent schedules with no nights or weekends, quarterly bonuses, flexible schedules, including work-from-home days, and collaboration with dually certified SLP-BCBAs.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience with a variety of ages.
• Able to communicate expressively and receptively for all responsibilities within the job role.

Responsibilities

• Design individualized programming prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Coordinate with RBTs and co-treat sessions with SLP-BCBAs.
• Uphold neuro-affirming, assent-based, trauma-informed, ethical care standards.
