Job summary

Lighthouse Autism Center is seeking a BCBA to design individualized ABA programs prioritizing communication, independence, and self-advocacy. You will work within a neuroaffirming, assent-based framework while advancing clinical growth through mentorship and ongoing training.

We offer flexible schedules, including work-from-home days, a quarterly bonus program, and a strong RBT training program. Join a team dedicated to ethical, trauma-informed care and naturalistic teaching environments.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA credential.
• Eligible to supervise RBTs.
• 2–3 years of ABA experience across ages.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Conduct intake evaluations including functional behavior assessments and skills assessments.
• Design positive behavioral treatment and skill acquisition plans tailored to individuals.
• Supervise and train ABA technicians and monitor progress of behavior support plans.
• Provide family support to explain assessment results and treatment recommendations.
