Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia is offering a leadership opportunity for a Clinical Director/BCBA to oversee clinical operations at their Spotsylvania Courthouse location. The ideal candidate will manage BCBAs and RBTs, ensuring clinical quality and direct feedback. A master's degree and active BCBA certification are required, along with at least 3 years of experience as a licensed BCBA. Competitive base salary ranges from $125,000 to $150,000, along with substantial benefits including a student loan forgiveness program and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification is required.
• Virginia LBA license is essential.
• 3 years of experience as a Licensed BCBA is mandatory.
• 5 years of experience in the ABA field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of treatment plans.
• Conduct behavior assessments and develop treatment plans.
