Job summary

ABA Centers of Florida in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a Clinical Director (BCBA) to oversee daily clinical operations at a single clinic location providing ABA therapy services. The role ensures clear communication among BCBAs, RBTs, and the wider team.

The position offers a leadership path, a full-time schedule, and a salary range of $125K–$150K. Responsibilities include supervising staff, overseeing treatment plans, and coordinating with the ABA Academy of Excellence.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis is required.
• BCBA certification is required.
• Five years of experience in the ABA field is preferred.
• Must maintain clean background/drug screenings and driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality.
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention, treatment plans, and client documentation.
• Provide direct verbal/written feedback to BCBAs and RBTs regarding clinical implementation, including modeling.
• Conduct behavior and skill-based assessments and treatment plans for clients admitted into the region as needed.
• Support BCBAs in extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessment, etc.).
• Make monthly check-in phone calls with families.
• Support the ABA Academy of Excellence training program by analyzing regional IOA and treatment integrity data.
• Travel for assessments, oversight of clinical team, and support for high-risk clients.
