Job summary

ABA Centers of Virginia in Alexandria, VA seeks a Clinical Director/ BCBA to lead clinical operations of a single clinic location. You will oversee BCBAs and RBTs, ensure quality, and supervise treatment plans and client documentation.

In this leadership role, you will mentor clinical staff, conduct assessments, support training programs, collaborate with the Regional Operations team, and travel as needed to support high‑risk clients and regional projects.

Qualifications

• Master's degree required and BCBA certification active.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Licensed BCBA.
• 5 years of ABA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage BCBAs and RBTs to ensure clinical quality
• Supervise daily implementation of behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Provide guidance to grow clinical and professional skills
• Give direct feedback to BCBAs and RBTs regarding clinical implementation
• Conduct assessments and create treatment plans for new clients
• Support extended assessment opportunities (FBA, FA, preference assessment)
• Meet weekly with BCBAs to review client progress
• On-site supervision of BCBAs and RBTs
• Make monthly check-in calls with families
• Support ABA Academy training program by analyzing IOA data
• Develop and oversee a clinic-based curriculum
• Collaborate with Regional Operations
• Supervise unrestricted hours for BCBA Apprentices
• Travel for assessments and oversight
