Job summary

TTF Search and Staffing is seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) Clinical Director for an in-person ABA day program serving Lynchburg and Roanoke, VA. The role oversees all client treatment, including BIPs and treatment planning, while collaborating with families and staff.

Job description

We are seeking a full-time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA or BCBA-D) Clinical Director to join our in-person, clinic-based ABA day program serving clients in both Lynchburg and Roanoke, VA. This position offers a salary of up to $100k, as well asasign on bonus up to$20k.

This role is ideal for a compassionate, detail-oriented clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality, evidence-based ABA services. The BCBA will oversee all aspects of client treatment, including conducting intakes, developing and maintaining individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) and treatment programs, and ensuring ethical, effective care in collaboration with families and staff.

Responsibilities also include providing ongoing supervision and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), leading parent and caregiver training sessions, and monitoring client progress to ensure meaningful outcomes. Candidates must hold a Master’s degree or higher, be BCBA or BCBA-D certified, and be a Licensed Behavior Analyst in Virginia (or eligible for licensure). This position is Monday through Friday, requires reliable commuting between Herndon and Manassas.
