Autismcoe is hiring an Assistant Clinical Director / BCBA for their Fayetteville, NC office. This full-time in-person position focuses on mentoring and leading clinical teams while ensuring high standards of care and operational success.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and experience in leadership roles. Compensation includes a salary ranging from $105,000 to $120,000 with bonus potential. Benefits include medical insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for professional development.

Qualifications

• Eligible to practice in North Carolina.
• Previous leadership, supervision, or senior clinical experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Support clinical oversight and quality assurance.
