This is a high-impact leadership role where your expertise will directly support access to care for children and families.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and oversee all authorization workflows from start to finish
• Review clinical documentation to ensure strong medical necessity and payer compliance
• Partner with clinical and admin teams to streamline processes and improve turnaround times
• Maintain high standards for ABA documentation accuracy and integrity
• Build, refine, and implement department policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with insurance requirements and regulatory standards

What You Bring
