Professional Physical Therapy in Arlington, MA is seeking a Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) to lead a busy outpatient clinic. You'll continue treating patients while mentoring your team, driving clinic performance, and shaping a culture of clinical excellence and exceptional patient care.

This leadership role offers base salary 100k-115k with total compensation 110k-125k, plus bonuses and incentives. You'll grow with a network of 250+ clinics and have opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Active PT license or eligibility in practice state.
• CPR/AED certification required.
• Minimum 3 years outpatient physical therapy experience; leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily clinical and operational success of your clinic while delivering exceptional patient care.
• Mentor, develop, and support clinical and administrative team members to build a high-performing, patient-focused culture.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and evaluate staff while fostering professional growth.
• Monitor clinic performance, productivity, patient satisfaction, and financial goals.
• Partner with regional leadership to improve operations, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement.

Experienced PT Leadership Opportunity | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Base Salary: $100,000-$115,000 Total Compensation: $110,000-$125,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

What You'll Bring
