Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy is seeking a Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) in Middleton, MA. This leadership role combines patient care with ongoing team development and clinic performance optimization.

You will mentor clinicians, lead daily operations, and drive growth across a high-performing team while maintaining clinical excellence and exceptional patient care. This full-time role rewards leadership with a comprehensive compensation package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice).
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
• CPR and/or AED certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• A passion for developing others and delivering exceptional patient care.

Experienced PT Leadership Opportunity | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 Total Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)
