Job summary

Professional Physical Therapy in Arlington, TX seeks a Clinical Director to lead a busy outpatient clinic, drive clinical excellence, and mentor staff. This role oversees day-to-day operations and ensures exceptional patient experiences.

The Clinical Director will recruit and develop the team, manage budgets, and partner with leadership to achieve company goals. Base pay ranges from $100,000–$115,000 with total compensation $110,000–$125,000, commensurate with certifications and performance

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctor’s degree in physical therapy from an accredited curriculum.
• Certification in Physical Therapy and a valid state license to practice.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a PT.
• CPR and/or AED qualification required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on management of clinic day-to-day operations.
• Deliver high-quality patient care and help patients return to daily activities.
• Train, mentor, and supervise clinical and administrative staff.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring staff.
• Evaluate staff performance and conduct reviews.
• Conduct regular staff meetings and address issues.
• Communicate with peers and upper management about performance.
• Monitor and control facility costs within budget.
• Suggest improvements to techniques, policies, and procedures.
• Stay updated on PT industry changes and regulations, HIPAA compliance.
