Job summary

Yoso Recruiting seeks a Clinical Director to lead all clinical programming at a brand-new inpatient dual-diagnosis treatment center in Oklahoma. You will oversee clinical programming, compliance, and staff development, ensuring delivery of evidence-based treatment to clients with co-occurring disorders.

Responsibilities include supervising therapists and staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, conducting clinical audits, and coordinating with medical and operational teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field.
• Active Oklahoma licensure as LCSW, LMHC, or LPC.
• Minimum 3 years of clinical supervision in behavioral health.
• Experience with substance use and mental health populations preferred.
• Strong knowledge of state regulations and documentation standards.
• Evidence-based treatment model knowledge.

• Develop, implement, and oversee clinical programming consistent with best practices in behavioral health and substance use treatment.
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to therapists, case managers, and other clinical team members.
• Ensure compliance with state regulations, Joint Commission standards, and organizational policies.
• Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation for accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with the Executive Director and Medical Director to ensure coordination between clinical, medical, and operational departments.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and ongoing professional development of clinical staff.
• Lead treatment team meetings, case reviews, and staff training.
• Oversee utilization review and ensure clinical justifications for medical necessity.
• Maintain a small caseload as needed to support program operations.
• Foster a culture of ethical practice, compassion, and client-centered care.
