Client Services Manager - Talent Solutions
The Clinical Director directly contributes to the mission by providing clinical and operational leadership to local team members. This role also builds relationships with teams, clients, and the local community to bring positive awareness to the business and the ASD community.
Specific Responsibilities:
Clinical:
- Review, supervise, and provide feedback on all local clinical programs, behavior intervention plans, assessments, reassessments, and BCBA session notes for clinical content and appropriateness.
- Provide supervision, training, and support to all local team members in compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
- Engage in and promote positive, appropriate interactions and relationships with clients’ families.
- Coach and mentor BCBAs and RBTs in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
- Coordinate and supervise special assignments as delegated by the RDO.
- Operational:
- Employ accountability measures and support techniques to ensure success and achievement of personal, regional, and company goals.
- Facilitate, with the help of the Office Manager, various admin and clinical meetings to keep local teams informed of important information and updates within the company and the field of ABA.
- Ensure regulatory compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, labor laws, and other federal, state, and local regulations.
- Participate in the yearly budgeting process, monthly P&L reviews, meet the budget, and ensure team utilization.
- Proactively monitor financial progress of the clinic, analyze results, and make adjustments as necessary to ensure all budget goals are achieved.
Skills and Competencies:
- Experience as a BCBA, with progressive leadership responsibilities.
- Master’s Degree in ABA or a related field required.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Previous medical billing and EMR experience required.
- Confident communication skills for fielding calls on behalf of the organization.
- Excellent written communication skills for professional emails and various reporting methods.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including prolonged periods of walking, running, standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, climbing, and stooping.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
