Team Builder & Mentor: Directly hire, coach, and support BCBAs—empowering them to grow as clinicians and leaders.

Clinical Excellence: Conduct impactful case reviews and ensure services meet the highest ethical and professional standards.

Collaborative Strategist: Work hand-in-hand with the Regional Director and Case Management team to ensure seamless service delivery and staffing.

Quality Champion: Monitor performance, resolve service concerns swiftly, and ensure consistent client and family satisfaction.

Training Advocate: Partner with Training & Development to deliver targeted, regional clinical trainings that fuel provider growth.

Interdepartmental Leader: Coordinate efforts with Quality Assurance, Assessment, and internal teams to streamline care delivery and troubleshoot challenges.

Results-Oriented: Track productivity, analyze caseload management, and identify key areas for improvement.

Culture Driver: Foster a positive, purpose-driven atmosphere that encourages self-reflection, optimism, and team accountability.

Documentation Pro: Maintain thorough records of provider communication and follow-through.

Policy Adherent: Uphold company values, ethics, client confidentiality, HIPAA standards, and all relevant laws.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education & Certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a Social Sciences field preferred; must hold current BCBA certification.
