ROLE: Clinical Director (CD)

As the Clinical Director, you’ll be at the forefront of our mission—championing exceptional clinical service delivery by guiding, inspiring, and developing a high-performing team of providers. You'll lead with heart and strategy, ensuring families receive the gold standard in care while fostering a culture of excellence, growth, and collaboration. Partnering closely with the Regional Director and building strong relationships with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), you’ll help shape the future of behavioral health services in your region. Your leadership doesn’t just maintain standards—it elevates them.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Lead with Vision: Design and implement clinical strategies that push the boundaries of quality care across your region.
Team Builder & Mentor: Directly hire, coach, and support BCBAs—empowering them to grow as clinicians and leaders.
Clinical Excellence: Conduct impactful case reviews and ensure services meet the highest ethical and professional standards.
Collaborative Strategist: Work hand-in-hand with the Regional Director and Case Management team to ensure seamless service delivery and staffing.
Quality Champion: Monitor performance, resolve service concerns swiftly, and ensure consistent client and family satisfaction.
Training Advocate: Partner with Training & Development to deliver targeted, regional clinical trainings that fuel provider growth.
Interdepartmental Leader: Coordinate efforts with Quality Assurance, Assessment, and internal teams to streamline care delivery and troubleshoot challenges.
Results-Oriented: Track productivity, analyze caseload management, and identify key areas for improvement.
Culture Driver: Foster a positive, purpose-driven atmosphere that encourages self-reflection, optimism, and team accountability.
Documentation Pro: Maintain thorough records of provider communication and follow-through.
Policy Adherent: Uphold company values, ethics, client confidentiality, HIPAA standards, and all relevant laws.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education & Certification: Bachelor’s or Master’s in a Social Sciences field preferred; must hold current BCBA certification.
Experience: Proven success in clinical leadership, preferably in behavior analysis or a related healthcare field.
Mindset: Detail-oriented, ethical, and emotionally intelligent with a passion for mentoring and operational excellence.
Tech Savvy: Proficient in Gmail, Word, and Excel.
