Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Morrisville, PA is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead and grow our outpatient clinic. You will oversee daily operations, maintain a full patient load, mentor PTs and PTAs, and drive clinical excellence across orthopedics, neurology and vestibular rehab.

Salary range $95,000–$105,000, commensurate with experience. The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience, a collaborative mindset, and a passion for patient

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in PA or license-eligible.
• Leadership or management experience preferred.
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance patients.

Responsibilities of the Clinical Director

• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care
• Maintain a full patient load
• Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs
• Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations
• Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture
• Track and report key performance metrics

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (or license-eligible)
