Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Bradenton, FL is seeking a Clinical Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role blends patient care excellence with leadership, team development, and clinic growth.

You will mentor staff, influence clinical outcomes, drive operational success, ensure regulatory compliance, and help shape the future of the clinic, all with support from a nationally recognized brand.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Active Florida PT license (or ability to obtain).
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic physical therapy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day clinical and operational performance of the clinic.
• Evaluate and treat patients while maintaining exceptional standards of care.
• Mentor, coach, and develop clinical team members.
• Drive clinic growth through patient satisfaction, physician relationships, and community engagement.
• Create and improve clinic workflows, systems, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, regulatory, and company standards.

  Qualifications
