FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chicago is seeking a Clinical Director to lead the outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role requires a motivated Physical Therapist with a passion for driving clinical excellence and mentoring teams.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience and a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, and will contribute to the growth of the clinic through strategic initiatives and high-quality patient care.

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Chicago is looking for an experienced Clinical Director to oversee and advance a successful outpatient physical therapy clinic. This role is ideal for a motivated Physical Therapist who enjoys leading teams, driving clinical excellence, and contributing to the growth of a dynamic practice.

Role Responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day clinic operations to ensure efficient workflow and high‑quality care
• Carry an outpatient caseload while providing clinical leadership
• Coach, mentor, and develop physical therapists and PTAs
• Uphold excellence across orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance programs
• Support clinic growth through strategic initiatives and performance improvement
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and performance reviews
• Monitor and report key performance indicators
• Collaborate with ownership to maintain a positive and high‑performing clinic culture

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree
• At least 5 years of outpatient physical therapy experience
• Active Illinois PT license (or license‑eligible)
• Previous leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong clinical interest in orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance rehab
• Organized, self‑driven, and collaborative leadership approach
• Commitment to developing and mentoring clinical teams
