FYZICAL Morrisville, PA is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic in Morrisville. Licensed PT with leadership experience is required to advance our clinic’s success and patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Pennsylvania (or license-eligible).

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a full patient load.
• Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs.
• Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehab.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with ownership to maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture.
• Track and report key performance metrics.
