FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Morrisville, PA seeks a Clinical Director to lead our outpatient PT clinic and drive growth. You will oversee operations, maintain a full patient load, mentor PTs and PTAs, and ensure excellence in orthopedics, neurology, and vestibular rehab. Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in PA or eligible for licensure.
• Leadership/management experience required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a full patient load.
• Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs.
• Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, and vestibular rehabilitation.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
