Job summary

Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. seeks a Clinical Director to provide clinical oversight of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) program in Lebanon County.

The role includes supervision of staff and direct participant services, both in the office and in the field. Responsibilities include developing and monitoring Individualized Service Plans, quality oversight, and ensuring services meet PA Medicaid and YAP standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Valid PA license as LCSW/LPC/LMFT or equivalent.
• 3 years of direct mental health service experience with children and families.
• Experience providing and supervising behavioral health services in home, community-based, and family-centered settings.
• Supervisory or management experience in a behavioral health program preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Mental Health Therapy Experience.
• CPR/First Aid Certification is a plus.
• Behavior Management (MANDT) Certification is a plus.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; EHR experience a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Requires reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure services align with YAP’s philosophy and comply with PA Medicaid, YAP standards, and state/federal regulations.

Status: Part Time Hourly

FLSA Classification: Non-Exempt

Hourly Rate: $32.00

Availability: Will discuss at time of interview; flexible up to 40 hours per week.

Summary of the Position:

The Clinical Director is responsible for clinical oversight of the Intensive Behavioral Health Services (IBHS) Program in Lebanon County, including the provision of participant services and personnel supervision both in the office and in the field.

• The Clinical Director oversees the development and implementation of Individualized Service Plans, supervises master's level therapists and provides individual, and family counseling as needed.
• The Clinical Director will assist in monitoring the quality of client services and adhering to set service delivery levels.
• All services are provided consistent with YAP’s individualized, strengths-based, family-focused philosophy and in compliance with PA Medicaid and YAP standards, as well as all state and federal regulations governing the delivery of service.
• Position requires non-traditional hours. May require evenings and weekends

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Master's degree is required.
• Valid licensure in the State of PA as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or
• 3 years of direct mental health service experience in working with children and families.
• Experience providing and supervising behavioral health services in home, community-based, and family-centered settings required.
• Supervisory or management experience within a behavioral health program preferred.
• Experience with Family-Based Therapy, Crisis Response, and Ecosystemic Family Therapy (ESFT) models preferred.
• Experience in a supervisory or management role is highly preferred.
• Minimum 2 years Mental Health Therapy Experience

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience using an electronic health record (EHR) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
