FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Framingham, MA is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead and grow our outpatient physical therapy clinic. If you are a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience, this is your chance to advance your career in outpatient PT.

You will oversee clinic operations, mentor staff, and implement strategic plans to improve patient outcomes while maintaining a full patient load and high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in MA (or license-eligible).
• Leadership/management experience preferred.
• Strong interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurology and vestibular rehab.
• Self-motivated, organized, collaborative leader.
• Ability to mentor and develop a high-performing team.
• Recent PT graduates encouraged to consider clinical growth paths.
• Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a full patient load.
• Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs.
• Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurology, and vestibular rehab.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and optimize patient outcomes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with ownership to establish and maintain a positive, high-performing clinic culture.
• Track and report key performance metrics.
