Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Clinical Director in an outpatient clinic. This role offers input into clinic culture, strong mentorship, and room to grow as the clinic expands.

Whether you’re an experienced PT or an early-career clinician, the position is flexible based on the right candidate, with opportunities to launch a new clinic and shape processes and growth.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) and Texas PT license or license-eligible.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, and balance therapy.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Desire to grow professionally and help build a great clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro
• Collaborate with leadership to help establish clinic workflows and culture
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach
• Work closely with PTAs and support staff

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 (based on experience)

• Sign-on bonus (for qualified candidates)
