FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Framingham, MA is seeking a full-time Clinical Director to lead our outpatient physical therapy clinic and grow patient outcomes. You will oversee clinic operations, staff, and daily workflow to ensure high-quality care while maintaining a full patient load.

The ideal candidate is a licensed Physical Therapist with leadership experience, fluent in orthopedic, neurological, and vestibular rehab, and ready to mentor a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts (or license-eligible).
• Demonstrated leadership or management experience.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, neurological, vestibular, and balance care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinic operations and daily workflow to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain a full patient load.
• Lead, mentor, and support physical therapists and PTAs.
• Ensure clinical excellence in outpatient orthopedics, neurology, and vestibular rehab.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the clinic and improve outcomes.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Collaborate with ownership to sustain a positive, high-performing clinic culture.
• Track and report key performance metrics.
