Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide evidence‑based outpatient physical therapy services
• Treat orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, and balance disorders
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentation
• Educate patients on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long‑term wellness
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications
