Job summary

FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a motivated Clinical Director for our new outpatient clinic. This role offers input into clinic culture, mentorship, and growth as the clinic scales.

You will deliver high-quality outpatient PT, manage a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro, and collaborate with leadership to establish workflows and culture.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Texas PT license or eligibility is required/expected.
• Interest in outpatient orthopedics, vestibular, and balance therapy is preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Desire to grow professionally and contribute to building a great clinic.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy care.
• Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedics, vestibular, balance, and neuro.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish clinic workflows and culture.
• Maintain timely, accurate documentation.
• Contribute to clinic growth through patient engagement and community outreach.
• Work closely with PTAs and support staff.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary: $100,000–$125,000 (based on experience)
