Professional Physical Therapy in Arlington, MA is seeking a Clinical Director (Physical Therapist) to lead the daily clinical and operational success of the clinic while continuing to treat patients.

This full-time role offers a base salary range of $100,000–$115,000 with total compensation up to $125,000, plus bonuses and performance incentives, in a culture that emphasizes clinical excellence and staff development.

Competenze

• Active Physical Therapist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years outpatient PT experience with leadership exposure preferred.
• CPR/AED certification is required.

Experienced PT Leadership Opportunity | Full-Time (40 hours/week)

Base Salary: $100,000–$115,000 Total Compensation: $110,000–$125,000 (commensurate with certifications, experience, bonuses, and performance incentives)

What You’ll Bring

• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility for licensure in the state of practice).
• Minimum of 3 years of outpatient physical therapy experience; prior leadership experience preferred.
