Job summary

Decatur Morgan Hospital is seeking a licensed Dietitian to provide medical nutrition care across patient populations in a hospital setting. You will assess, diagnose, intervene and educate patients following evidence-based nutrition guidelines and develop care plans with ongoing follow-up.

Responsibilities include managing enteral nutrition care, documenting in the EHR, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition from an accredited college or university.
Alabama State Licensure; RD credential within 6 months of hire.
At least two years of clinical nutrition experience preferred.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nutrition form an accredited college or university required. Alabama State Licensure. Possess or obtain within 6 months of hire: Registered Dietitian with the Commission on Dietetic Registration

Experience: At least two years of previous clinical experience preferred, but not required.
