Forbes-ranked hospital in east central Ohio is seeking a Registered Dietitian to join our clinical nutrition team. This on-site, full-time role (0.8 FTE) focuses on nutrition counseling, care planning, and education for a diverse patient population.

The successful candidate will have Ohio licensure, prior clinical experience, and strong communication skills to educate patients and collaborate with care teams. Competitive hourly compensation and full benefits are offered.

Qualificações

• Licensed Registered Dietitian in Ohio.
• Prior clinical experience required.
• Knowledge of food preparation, safety and sanitation.
• Experience teaching and counseling nutrition therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to explain complex info to diverse populations.
• Ability to accurately take and record measurements and readings.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nutrition counseling and develop nutrition care plans.
• Assess patients' nutritional needs and prepare individualized plans of care.
• Screen for nutritional risk and address dietary needs.
• Deliver diet and food-drug interaction instructions.
• Participate in care conferences and document nutritional requirements.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Attend in-service trainings (e.g., TB testing, safety, HIPAA).
