Qualifications

• Must be a licensed dietitian in Ohio.
• Prior clinical nutrition experience required.
• Experience teaching and counseling nutrition therapy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to accurately take and record measurements and readings.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition counseling and care plans for a diverse population.
• Assess nutritional needs and complete nutrition care plans.
• Screen and assess patients for nutritional risk.
• Provide diet and drug interaction instructions.
• Attend care conferences to address patients' nutritional needs.
• Document nutritional needs of high-risk patients in a timely manner, including holidays and weekends.
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality at all times and comply with HIPAA.
