Job summary

AdventHealth in Wesley Chapel, FL seeks a registered dietitian to provide evidence-based nutrition care across units. You will assess patients, develop care plans, educate patients and collaborate with physicians, nurses and the broader care team.

The role requires an RDN, expertise in medical nutrition therapy, and strong communication. This is a full-time, day-shift position with a sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification required.
• Experience in medical nutrition therapy and nutrition care planning.

Responsibilities

• Performs nutrition-focused assessments and develops care plans.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses and dietitians to implement nutrition plans.
• Provides counseling and education to patients and families.
• Monitors and reports outcomes of nutrition interventions.
• Entrains nutrition orders and documents in the EHR accurately.
• Supervises interns and participates in quality improvement initiatives.
