Job summary
AdventHealth Palm Coast is seeking a detailed Dietitian to join our nutrition team. You will perform nutrition-focused assessments, develop care plans, and provide education to patients as part of a multidisciplinary group.
Responsibilities include coordinating with providers, utilizing the electronic health record, and contributing to quality and safety initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree and RDN eligibility are required, with day shift hours in a full-time schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field.
- Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or eligibility.
- Knowledge of medical nutrition therapy and healthcare standards.
- Experience with nutrition assessments and counseling.
- Proficiency with electronic health records and clinical documentation.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nutrition-focused assessments and data collection.
- Provide nutrition interventions and education to patients.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for care planning.
- Utilize EHR to document care plans and outcomes.
- Support regulatory and quality improvement activities.
