Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in dietetics or related field.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) license required.
• Experience with nutrition care plans and EHR documentation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition-focused assessments, review medical records, and evaluate anthropometric status.
• Provide counseling and education using evidence-based techniques with health literacy and cultural sensitivity.
• Enter orders and document in the electronic health record; participate in rounds and care planning.
