AdventHealth – Wesley Chapel is seeking a part-time Dietitian to perform nutrition-focused assessments, develop care plans, and provide evidence-based counseling to patients. You will document in the electronic health record and work with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role requires an RDN with strong knowledge of nutrition care processes, excellent communication, and a collaborative approach within a hospital setting. on-site in Wesley Chapel, FL.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics or related field is required.
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification is required.
• Experience with dietetics and nutrition care processes is essential.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Completes nutrition-focused physical assessments, reviews medical records, and evaluates anthropometric status.
• Evaluates data to identify nutrition risks and care needs.
• Provides counseling, education, and referrals for nutrition care.
• Monitors and adjusts nutrition care plans to reach goals.
• Collaborates with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to develop care plans.
