Commonwealth of Pennsylvania in Selinsgrove is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to lead nutritional care for residents, performing assessments, guiding health-focused dietary plans, and documenting actions in charts and systems.

You will oversee therapeutic diets, use nutritional software, coordinate menus and supplies, and train staff while participating in ISP meetings and dysphagia initiatives. Full-time with regular hours, no telework, and competitive state benefits.

Qualifications

• Must possess active certification as a Registered Dietitian (RD) or a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) as issued by the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, or proof of eligibility.

Responsabilités

• Nutritional care and evaluation for individuals living at the Selinsgrove Center.
• Perform nutritional assessments including new admissions and annual evaluations.
• Provide nutrition guidance and make recommendations to physicians.
• Maintain current diet records and document actions in charts and systems.
• Use nutritional software to manage diet consistency and menu changes for therapeutic needs.
• Assess and update snack, nourishment, and food schedules for living areas.
• Provide training to staff and cooks on therapeutic diet preparation; participate in ISP meetings; contribute to dysphagia management.
