Job summary

Commonwealth of Pennsylvania seeks a Clinical Dietitian for Clarks Summit State Hospital under the Department of Human Services. The role focuses on planning, organizing, and delivering nutritional care to patients, including those with special dietary needs.

You will assess, plan, and document care while collaborating with the treatment team to support recovery and quality nutrition outcomes. The position involves 37.5 hours weekly, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with no telework

Qualifications

• Active Registered Dietitian (RD) or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) certification is required or eligible.

Responsibilities

• Complete nutrition assessments, collect dietary and medical information, and document progress in medical records.
• Participate in treatment team meetings, share recommendations, and contribute to staff training.
