Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop nutrition assessments, education programs, and discharge planning for consumers.
• Prepare modified diets and adjust meal plans based on consumer needs.
• Recommend nutrition interventions and participate in committees focused on consumer care.
• Maintain computer-based meal records and update nutrition care policies.
• Support food service staff in delivering appropriate nutrition services.
• Participate in tray audits, peer reviews, and training to meet regulatory standards.
