Morrison Healthcare in Effingham, IL, is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy in acute care settings. The RD will cover inpatient and outpatient services, with 4 days at HSHS St Anthony and 1 day at HSHS Good Shepherd.

The role requires RD credential and licensure in the state, with schedule Mon–Fri and rotating weekends/holidays. Salary ranges from $60,416 to $74,000 plus benefits and CEUs.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible.
• Licensed Dietitian (or willing to obtain) in the state of practice as applicable.
• Healthcare experience preferred—new graduates with strong clinical training are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Conduct comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized plans.
• Education: Provide nutrition guidance for patients, families, staff, and community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research aligning with guidelines and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service management to achieve patient satisfaction.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and dietetic interns.
