Job summary

Morrison Healthcare in Decatur, IL is seeking a Part-Time Dietitian in an acute care setting to deliver Medical Nutrition Therapy and education. You will work with a multidisciplinary team to support patient outcomes.

The role requires RD credential or CDR exam eligible, state licensure, and a willingness to work 3 days per week with rotating weekends/holidays. Hourly pay is $30-$40 with CEUs and meal plan benefits.

Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) or CDR exam eligible
• Licensed Dietitian in the state of practice as applicable
• Healthcare experience preferred; new grads encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

• Perform medical nutrition therapy assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Educate patients and families on nutrition and lifestyle changes
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and care teams to ensure high-quality care
• Participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives
• Support dietetic interns and staff through education and mentorship
• Assist with inpatient nutrition programs in an acute care setting
