Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans for patients in an acute care setting
• Provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and education to patients, families, staff, and the community
• Apply evidence-based nutrition care and align with facility protocols to ensure high-quality care
• Contribute to quality and safety initiatives to advance patient outcomes
• Collaborate with food service management to meet patient satisfaction and service goals
• Support training of dietetic interns and staff as applicable
