Morrison Healthcare is hiring a Clinical Dietitian to serve inpatient populations at HSHS St. Francis Hospital and allied facilities in Litchfield, IL. You will provide medical nutrition therapy within an acute care setting and support oncology nutrition care in the Cancer Care Center.

Qualified candidates are RD/RDN or eligible for CDR, with licensure in the state; relocation assistance is available, and benefits include education support and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• RD credential or RDE required.
• Licensed Dietitian in-state or ability to obtain license.
• Healthcare experience preferred; new graduates with strong clinical training encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform comprehensive nutritional assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Education: Provide guidance on nutrition for patients, families, staff, and the community.
• Evidence-Based Practice: Apply latest research in alignment with the diet manual, company policies, and facility protocols.
• Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives aimed at advancing patient care and clinical excellence.
• Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with the food service management team to help achieve patient satisfaction and service goals.
• Mentorship & Professional Development: Support the growth of staff and dietetic interns through education and training as applicable.
