Job summary

Morrison Healthcare at Effingham Hospital in Springfield, GA is seeking a Clinical Dietitian to provide Medical Nutrition Therapy and patient education in a 100 bed LTC and a 25 bed inpatient setting. Full-time schedule Monday–Friday with occasional weekend exceptions; Fridays remote with flexibility. Must be registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.

New grads welcome. Salary range $75k–$80k with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Two years of work experience in specialty preferred.

Responsibilities

Clinical Nutrition Care: Perform nutritional assessments and create individualized care plans to promote recovery and health.
Education: Provide nutrition guidance to patients, families, staff, and the community to support long-term wellness.
Evidence-Based Practice: Apply current research and diet manual guidelines to ensure high-quality care.
Quality & Performance Improvement: Contribute to QAPI initiatives to advance patient care.
Collaboration & Service Excellence: Partner with food service teams to meet patient satisfaction and service goals.
Mentorship & Professional Development: Support growth of staff and interns through education.
