Qualifications

• Registered Dietitian with active state license in good standing.
• RD-Eligible or provisional licensure accepted in certain locations.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Assess residents' clinical nutrition needs and document plans in EMR.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans based on findings and labs.
• Provide nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff.
