Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced registered dietitian for Holy Redeemer Meadowbrook Campus in Meadowbrook, PA. This full‑time, onsite role will involve assessing nutritional needs, initiating interventions, and supporting patient quality of life in alignment with clinical standards.

You will collaborate with the healthcare team, educate patients and staff, follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and contribute to quality improvement programs.

Qualifications

• Passed the national exam by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or is eligible per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Providing nutritional expertise to the health care team and educating patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Following the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Interacting with other departments in setting up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Actively participating in development, review, and revision of continuous quality improvement programs.
