Job summary

Elior North America is seeking an experienced Registered Dietitian for the Meadowbrook Campus role within the Cura-Hospitality segment. You will assess nutritional needs, initiate interventions, and support patient quality of life in a healthcare setting.

You will work onsite at Holy Redeemer Health System Meadowbrook Campus, collaborate with the care team, and uphold practice standards while contributing to ongoing quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Passes the national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified, per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the health care team and educate patients/residents, staff, or consultants.
• Follow the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics’ standards of practice and facility regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures and policies related to dining service and nutrition.
• Participate in developing, reviewing, and revising continuous quality improvement programs.
