Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian for the Meadowbrook, PA healthcare team at Holy Redeemer Hospital Meadowbrook Campus. The role focuses on assessing nutritional needs, planning interventions, and supporting quality of life for patients/residents; typical schedule is 24 hours per week.

Responsibilities include collaborating with the health care team, adhering to the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards, and helping with dining services and QA programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition is required (pre-2024).
• Master's degree in Nutrition or related field is required.
• Passed a national examination administered by the CDR or eligible per Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR guidelines.
• Licensed or certified as required by state law.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for comprehensive assessments and care planning.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutritional expertise to the healthcare team and educate patients/residents and staff.
• Follow Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics standards of practice and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with other departments to set up procedures related to dining services and nutrition.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement programs.
